Switching agencies as a trans creator starts with the contract you already signed: reread it quietly for the term, the notice period, automatic renewal and any commission that continues after you leave.
Many trans creators who write to us want to switch for the same reason: the people in the inbox did not get the basics right. A wrong name, wrong pronouns, or questions about your body that you never agreed to answer. If that is your reason, say so in your first message, because it tells us what the brief has to fix first.
